IMPORTANT Cruise Update

Hello Cruise Members,
The excitement is building! The Vie 70th Birthday Cruise is fast approaching! Take it from me, it is gonna be great! You will be having a whale of a time as you play island hopping, cruising from Florida to Jamaica, To Mexico and so on. FUN, FUN, FUN!
Let me take a moment to give you some status update:
  • The first deposit on your reservation of $250.00 is already applied (you may have seen that charge against your credit card);
  • The next payment of the balance will be taken out in September, 2008. If you need to make any changes in your payment arrangement (update credit card information, change credit card, etc), or your reservation information (cabin change, adding, changing or removing traveller in your cabin, etc) please contact me before September 22nd. After this date, your reservation is fixed and any change or cancellation will incur a penalty or charge.
  • After all payments are applied in September, Princess Cruise will be sending a cruise package to all who have made reservations. This package will contain all travel related instructions and details about the cruise program.
  • If you have not yet done so, please start making arrangements for your flight to/from the Ft Lauderdale Airport. You may make your travel arrangements with any airline or travel agency, but, if you wish, you may use the official travel Service for this cruise, JADAR Travel & Cruise by going to http://www.ytbtravel.com/llabeach where you will find very competitive rates. Some rates on this site may even be lower than comparable flights elsewhere. When making your flight arrangement, take note of these VERY IMPORTANT instructions:
  • A passport will be required for this trip because international travel is required;
  • Check with your own immigration authority to find out if a visa is required with your passport for entry into any of the ports of call;
  • Travellers from outside the USA must have all required travel documents (including passport and visa where required) in order to enter the country at the Ft Lauderdale airport.
  • Plan to arrive in Florida at least four (4) hours prior to departure of the cruise and at least four (4) hours after the return of the cruise ship. You will need time to clear custom and immigration as well as for travel to/from the airport
  • As we receive more information, we will send out email updates. If you did not receive this email directly from Locksley LaBeach, please send an email to llabeach@comcast.net with your email address.
Keep monitoring the special website blog for this cruise at http://vie70cruise.blogspot.com/ for new and up to date information.

If you have any questions or need any assistance with the cruise or with making air travel arrangements and/or hotel accommodation arrangements, please contact Locksley LaBeach at llabeach@comcast.net or call 703-655-3080
